Return requests for hygiene-related products (e.g., innerwear, beauty products, personal care items) will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return?
Submit a Return Request: Email us at info@vyumart.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. If you have received a damaged item or product, we encourage you to add pictures of the item received.
Approval & Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location or provide instructions for self-shipping.
Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund, store credit, or replacement as per your preference.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer upon request.
Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Products?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us at info@vyumart.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
